Manager of QA
You join leading and fast-growing company within GDP and Supply Chain for Pharma clients

The Challenge
As the Manager of QA leading a small team, you will hold the key competence within quality oversight of shipping and distribution processes. You lead the QA area as responsible for the daily operations, further development, qualification and validation of cold chain and distribution area. This means that you will have a role with many different tasks and many stakeholders internally and externally.

As a leading provider within the area, it is crucial you understand the elements necessary to provide excellent management and oversight, as well as support the organization in maintaining and developing relevant quality processes.

Main areas of responsibility:

QA responsible for Distribution Processes – Transportation and Storage:

• Improvement of the transportation and distribution processes and set up
• Responsible for training in requirements internally and externally

QA responsible for GDP Interpretation and Implementation related to transport and storage of products globally:

• Implementation of new requirements
• Evaluation and verification of implemented processes
• Evaluation and approval of qualification/validation activities (plans, risk assessments)

QA responsible for Quality Agreements -internal audits, client audits and audits of external partners:

• Prepare, approve, and maintain Quality Agreements with external partners
• Perform Audit and QA oversight of external partners

QA responsible within Supply Chain:

• Responsible for investigating quality issues and for problem solving
• Perform follow up and closing of deviations
• Responsible for establishment of adequate quality requirements and specifications within the area

Talent
You have minimum 3-5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience. Preferable, you possess solid experience with Shipping and Distribution (GDP), Supplier Management and Quality Systems including deviations, change control and CAPAs. You have experience within audits preferable trained as one.

You have a Master´s Degree preferable in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Natural Science combined with excellent knowledge of MS Office. Fluency in English with good verbal and written communication skills is a given.
