The Challenge
The role presents an excellent opportunity to drive process improvements, achieve cost savings, and lead development projects that benefit the company. You will lead a team of four, responsible for the company's controlling, bookkeeping, and IT functions. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders on all accounting-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial reporting process, including the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts to the parent company, AddLife.
- Take responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and business controlling
- Drive key change projects like impending an ERP implementation, digitalization, IT development and safety
- Provide business analyses for production sites and sales, ensuring accurate product costing and financial insights
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a financial partner to the organization
- Lead a team of four colleagues responsible for controlling and IT, ensuring smooth financial operations
- It is expected that you seriously play an important and proactive role in the management group

Your Talent
We are looking for a loyal professional with a structured approach to leadership, capable of balancing strategic thinking with attention to operational details. You are collaborative, approachable, and committed to fostering a positive team culture, while maintaining focus on achieving financial goals.
The preferred candidate will have the following profile:
- A degree in Economics e.g. Graduate Diploma in Financial and Management Accounting, along with a substantial and relevant experience in finance, preferably within manufacturing or project-based organizations
- Solid experience in financial management, reporting, and controlling
- Proven ability and interest in leading small teams and manage projects, with focus on continuous improvement
- Experience with implementation of ERP preferable Business Central
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver results
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making across the organisation
- You express yourself fluently in both in Danish and English
You are an energetic and decisive person, but still coaching and humble in your way to lead. You believe that it is important to listen to your team and that you as a leader are responsible for taking care of and enabling your team and team members to evolve.
