Finance Manager

The Challenge
You will play a key role driving change initiatives while also leading the change of the business improvement program. The role offers great opportunities to contribute with process improvements, cost savings and driving development projects for the better of the company. The role will provide huge opportunities to evolve the business and for developing your own skills.
You will be responsible for a small team of 3 colleagues, consisting of 2 Controllers and 1 IT Specialist. You work closely with internal and external partners and stakeholders for all accounting activities. You will need to combine financial knowledge with strong business acumen and strong change management mindset.
You will likely have about 5 years of financial experience with product costing in an organization based on project sales eventually and preferable combined with own manufacturing site.

Your essential tasks include:
- Financial reporting by delivering monthly, quarterly, annual accounts to listed mother company AddLife
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Business controlling and contract management
- Process optimization, and development of Controlling and BI Tools
- Overall responsibility for the forecasting and the annual process
- Drive change projects e.g within digitalization, IT Development, and process optimization
- Participate in finance calls and meetings with AddLife, discussing and participating in ad hoc tasks and projects
- Perform Business Analyst projects for production site and sales and ensure reliable product costing
- Deliver analysis and presentations focusing on relevant financial and economic performance
You are a genuine team player and will collaborate closely with all your colleagues in Ropox and the financial team in AddLife, where you show a proactive and service minded approach.

Your Talent
You have graduated in Economics combined with minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance and sound experience in a similar environment.
The preferred candidate will have the following profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance and sound experience in a similar environment
- Strong solid understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes
- Experience in leading a small team
- Strong project and change management skills
- An analytical mindset and be a self-starter, being able to see opportunities and solve problems independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Work independently with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in decentralized finance structure
- Ability to set long-term financial targets and sponsor performance improvement projects
You are an energetic and decisive person, but still coaching and humble in your way to lead. You believe that it is important to listen to your team and that you as a leader are responsible for taking care of and enabling your team and team members to evolve.
