International Product Manager

Drive global product strategy for an innovative Danish MedTech company

The Role

We are looking for an International Product Manager who can bridge clinical insights, users’ needs, regulatory requirements, and technical development to drive successful global product strategies and commercial execution.

You will own the global product lifecycle across emergency, tactical, and hospital segments. With the United States representing ˚MEQU’s most important growth market, you will play a key role in ensuring that product positioning, roadmap priorities, and value propositions algin with the clinical, regulatory, and commercial requirements of US military, EMS, HEMS, and hospital customers.

Working across the organization, you will ensure that user insights, market needs, engineering priorities and regulatory considerations are translated into clear product direction and commercially viable solutions.

As the internal subject-matter expert within pre-hospital blood and IV transfusion, you will convert clinical challenges into prioritized product requirements that guide product development and long-term portfolio decisions. The position reports directly to the COO and requires approximately 30-50 travel days annually.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Shaping global product positioning, value propositions, and market prioritization to support successful international expansion, and continuously monitor:
• Developments in clinical standards of care.
• Tactical and military medical protocols.
• Global procurement and reimbursement structures.
• Competitive and technological developments.
• International market dynamics and commercial opportunities.
• Develop instructions for use, training materials, user guides, and educational content to support sales teams, distributors, and clinical specialists globally.

Your professional background:

You bring a clinical background within emergency medicine, pre-hospital care, HEMS, military medicine, or tactical care, combined with hands-on experience with blood and IV transfusion in critical settings. You understand the realities and challenges faced by end users in high-pressure environments.

In addition, you have commercial insight into the MedTech industry and experience supporting product positioning, launches, and international market development. Experience working with institutional customers medical device markets and understand how to position, launch, and scale products internationally. Experience with institutional and public procurement structures is highly valued.

You understand medical device development and the regulatory environment and are able to translate complex clinical needs into structured product requirements that create both customers value and commercial impact.
