Best Talent was founded in July 2003 by Helle Jørnung. With 17 years of experience in the Pharma industry, Helle held international executive roles within management and marketing—laying the foundation for a natural specialization in Life Sciences.
In 2006, Janne Kofoed joined as Managing Partner. She brings extensive international experience within Supply Chain Management, Production, and Project Management. In her role as European Business Manager, Janne was responsible for international sales, development, and production planning, leading a team of 120 employees as well as key subcontractors.
Today, Best Talent specializes in Executive Search and specialist recruitment within Life Sciences, including Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Engineering, and Tech.
