The Team
You will join a dedicated commercial team with ambitious growth plans across Europe and APAC.
As the new Distribution Sales Manager, you will gradually take ownership of your own markets, supporting and developing sales through local distribution partners.

The Job
°MEQU is looking for an energetic and commercially minded professional who understands the environment within trauma and acute care.
You may come from the military as a medic, from emergency or trauma nursing, or from a paramedic background. Commercial experience is an advantage, but your understanding of the customers´ daily reality, combined with business curiosity and relationship-building skills, is what matters most.
You will be trained by – and refer to the Director of Distribution Sales – Europe and APAC.
The role involves approximately 20-30 travel days annually.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support distributors at both strategic and operational levels – driving sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with distribution partners to strengthen ˚MEQU´s market position.
- Prepare quotations, manage opportunities in the CRM system and follow up on commercial activities.
- Participate in international conferences, exhibitions and customer events, independently and together with distribution partners.
- Train key personnel within partner organisations.
- Stay informed about relevant market activities, conferences and upcoming projects.
Your professional background
You have a background in healthcare, emergency medical services or military medicine, preferably combined with commercial experience from the MedTech industry.
Ideally, you also bring
- Experience from pre-hospital, military or emergency care environments.
- Experience from selling to pre-hospital and/or hospital customers is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- You are based in Denmark, preferably in the greater Copenhagen area.
