The Challenge

As Finance Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the finance function and act as a key business partner to the management team. You will work closely across the organization and play an important role in both daily operations and strategic development initiatives. The position combines traditional finance disciplines with leadership, business development, and process optimization.

The role presents an excellent opportunity to drive process improvements, achieve cost savings, and lead development projects that benefit the company. The role includes participation in:

  • Weekly management meetings
  • Steering committee meetings with project managers
  • Board meetings when required
  • Cross-functional meetings and projects across the organization

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Finance Department
  • Overall responsibility for monthly and annual reporting, group reporting, and annual financial statements for three companies
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management
  • Analyze and follow up on working capital and other key financial metrics
  • Financial inventory management and optimization of stock levels
  • Drive continued professionalization, digitalization, and optimization of processes and procedures within the team and related processes in the organisation
  • Maintain and further develop the ERP system and reporting tools
  • Ensure transparency regarding project profitability from quotation to customer delivery
  • Financial management and follow-up of the service department
  • Serve as a specialist within tax and VAT matters, particularly related to international trade
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and relevant authorities
  • Participate in business development and strategic projects
  • Train and support the organization in financial understanding and financial management for non-financial stakeholders
